Bio

Nicole is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. She is a graduate from the University of Arkansas where she earned both her Bachelors of Social Work and Masters of Social Work degrees. She graduated with her masters degree in 2020.

Nicole worked as an adult outpatient and intensive services therapist in Northwest Arkansas in community mental health. During this time, she provided advocacy and connected clients to resources, care coordination, and other social programs. She has worked with Veterans in substance use and PTSD programs. Nicole also has experience working with adolescents and their families.

She strives to build a therapeutic relationship focused on compassion, dignity, respect, and unconditional positive regard. She focuses on meeting clients where they are without judgement and makes individual strengths the central theme, while collaborating with clients and families to meet their goals. Through her work, she hopes to partner with clients to nurture insight awareness and enhance their personal progress.

Nicole is well-versed in providing individual, group, and familial therapy services to meet a variety of needs, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, adjustment to stressors, grief/loss, and relationship issues. She prioritizes wholistic care. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Nicole primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

Nicole was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys exploring, hiking, reading, and gardening. She relishes her time with her dogs, cats, family and friends.
