Bio

"One of the most Valuable things we can do to Heal one another is to Listen to each other's Stories."
~ Rebecca Falls

Here you can be yourself, have bad days, share your struggles, rest, and grow at your own pace. You will experience help and support whether it be through learning to say no, allowing yourself to feel, sorting through difficult cognitions, forgiving yourself, healing past wounds, and/or starting over again. Jennifer will provide encouragement, patience, and unconditional positive regard as you change your life for the better.

Jennifer is dual-licensed as both a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), is an EMDR therapist and is in training to become a Registered Play Therapist. Jennifer earned her Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology at Williams Baptist College in 2013. Jennifer earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Community Counseling at John Brown University in 2016.

Jennifer loves to meet people of all ages from all backgrounds, and has experience in school-based, outpatient, therapeutic-day-treatment, and inpatient settings. She will work with you and will tailor her approach to meet the collaborative goals you set together, whether it be centered on anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, trauma, or otherwise.
