Elizabeth practices from a client centered lens and works to create a space of understanding and connection that allows for healing and growth.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Arkansas and then spent many years calling cities on the east and west coasts temporary homes. She feels grateful to have reconnected with her Arkansas roots and enjoys all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer, especially gardening, biking, and hiking, with her family and friends.
