Lyndsey believes that the therapeutic relationship between a client and a therapist is essential to success in counseling; Lyndsey is passionate about creating a safe environment for clients where they can work through their emotions and experiences to reach their therapeutic goals.  She uses a client-centered approach that allows the client to have an experience that is based on their individual needs, with emphasis on helping clients develop effective coping skills through the therapy process.

On a personal note, Lyndsey grew up in Northwest Arkansas. She has lived in Oklahoma and Texas but returned to Arkansas in 2019. Lyndsey enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their dog. She enjoys cheering for the Razorbacks and spending time with family and friends.
