Audrey has been working in the mental health field with a primary focus on adults for over two decades. Her vast experience ranges from working on inpatient psychiatric wards doing assessments and admissions, to individual and family counseling, community mental health and private practice. She has spent the majority of her career focusing on using cognitive behavioral therapy and process therapy, working with adults dealing with depression and anxiety. Audrey focuses on the individual in front of her and applies individual treatment plans per the needs of each client. Her success has been found mostly by being able to make connections with people from all walks of life. People with colorful pasts and people who are risk takers.
