I am a Licensed Associate Counselor, born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. From there, I attended John Brown University and received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health with an emphasis in Play Therapy.
Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, marital therapy, and play therapy, I work with individuals of all ages, families, and couples. I believe that every person has the capacity to reach their goals, and I love walking alongside them as they do.
Outside of the office, I love to spend time with my family, exercising, and doing pretty much anything outdoors.
