Part Time Clinician/Training Room Assistant Director
Waters Edge Counseling is currently searching for an individual to run and manage our training room. Our training room is referred to as the WEDGE, Waters Edge Development, Growth, and Education. We want this to be a place for therapists to be able to connect with other therapists, to obtain CEU’s for their licensure, to get together for lunch and learns, to rent the space out for other events we may have, and to be a part of a community of therapists.
To excel in this position and to uphold our values we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, who is a clinician, who is computer literate, who can run and manage social media platforms, who is organized, who can manage multiple things at once, and who is a leader in the community and people oriented.
The job duties include, but are not limited to: Updating our website with the events that get scheduled, marketing the events that you schedule, monitoring attendees that sign-up, researching trainings to host at Waters Edge, obtaining CEUs to keep up with current trainings, recruiting and scheduling with trainers, contacting hotels, creating things-to-do for trainees, organizing social events within the community, and marketing the training room as a rentable space.
The salary for this position is a base salary plus commission based on training events. We are looking to hire a full-time employee with a varying schedule. The best people for this position are fully licensed clinicians or LAC or MSW’s. There would also be a few hours a week of providing clinical sessions to clients.
