We all find ourselves in challenging seasons of life. Maybe you've been feeling stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed. Maybe you just need a safe place to talk. Whatever your situation, I’d be honored to walk with you through this season of your life. My mission is to help clients live fully. That looks different for every person, and I’m passionate about partnering with you to achieve your goals.
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Spanish, and I’m currently finishing my master’s degree in social work to become a licensed counselor. I have two years’ experience providing school-based behavior interventions with elementary school children. My counseling approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Play Therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time with family. I’m also working on a bibliotherapy resource for parents, teachers, and counselors at readrestore.com where I have recommended therapeutic books for children organized by topic (anger, change, anxiety, social skills, bullying, etc.).
