Ashley Harris




I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker with 14 years of social work practice experience working with adolescents and their families. My work specializes in teens who live with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as chronic and developmental trauma and toxic stress. I have multiple certifications in trauma treatments including certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, certified Trauma Treatment Professional, and is a Practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) through Texas Christian University.

I have been a guest speaker for the Mental Health Institute on treating trauma in teens. I serve as a clinical supervisor for social workers pursuing their LCSW licensure. I also provide field placement and supervision for bachelors and master’s degree interns from the University of Arkansas working toward their social work degrees. I received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2005, and a Master’s Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2011. I have served as Clinical Director, Program Director, and have been researching, developing, and implementing programming for treatment facilities over the past 10 years.
