Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is the most common form of therapy.  Our counselors work to build a caring, trust based relationship with each client.  It is fundamental for a successful counseling experience that a client feel completely comfortable with their clinician and with the counseling experience, if this is not the case, we will gladly help you find a therapist that is more compatible for you and your needs.

Through this therapeutic relationship, our counselors can assist clients in achieving their goals. Because you are a working individual, the pace and amount of change is completely up to you. A list of specialty areas that our counselors can assist with is on this website.

We also work with LGBTQ issues and hardships.
